International orders fees vary depending on the destination. All international orders fees will be calculated upon checkout after entering the delivery address.
Important Notice: Fees calculated will exclude any import duties charged by the destination country, in the case of any import duties paid, the client will be asked to pay for the duties upon delivery.

Exchanges for Domestic Orders (Egypt)

We offer return collection service to all purchases meeting our exchange policy for a fee depending on the destination. (Only applies to orders in Egypt).

Request an exchange by contacting us at info@nastrends.com. All exchange requests must be placed within 14 days from the delivery date.
Exchanges for International Orders
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer exchanges or returns for international orders.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will not accept any returns or refunds. However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with a purchase, we will gladly exchange any unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original condition with original tag and travel pouch, within 7 days from delivery.
